Built with music funders

Zivtech built ApplyCycle with music funders. Grant applications, panel review, decisions, and payment tracking run on one platform.

Your staff assign panelists to applications. Each panelist gives one score, and staff see the minimum, average, and maximum. Comments marked staff-only stay out of panel review.

Work samples inside the application

Applicants attach files, images, audio recordings, and video links. Panelists listen to the recordings and watch the video inside the application, next to the proposal.

Fiscal sponsors and shared applications

Organizations with fiscal sponsors can apply, and several members of one organization can work on the same application. Staff check an organization's eligibility before it can create a profile, so organizations that don't qualify never add themselves or applications to the site.

Forms and emails your staff control

Application forms are built field by field. After Zivtech's setup and training, your staff add, remove, and reorder fields, mark them required, show or hide them based on other answers, and accept file uploads, without a developer. The platform also includes Drupal Webform for forms outside the application, such as registration or a survey.

From a list of applications, your staff select any set of them, choose Send Email, and pick an email template. The email goes to every member of each selected organization. Staff write the templates, with placeholders that fill in each applicant's details. These emails are in addition to the automatic emails sent when an application changes status.

Beyond arts funding

Because ApplyCycle is built on Drupal, Zivtech can configure and extend it for other funders that review applications from organizations by panel and track payments after the award. Organizations can also run their public website on the same platform. Who it works for covers both.
