Approved for Review page
In ApplyCycle, the Approved for Review tab helps staff compare panel scores for the applications in a cycle. It lists applications whose status has Reviewers can View checked. Editors see the minimum, maximum, and average scores for each application. Panelists see their own score, application assignment, and reviewed flag.
The Approved for Review tab lists the cycle's applications whose status has Reviewers can View checked. Go to Application Management > Manage Grant Cycles, click Applications for a cycle, and open the Approved for Review tab.
Click the headers on the table to change the sort.
Editors and panelists listed in a cycle's Panelists field can open its Approved for Review tab. The cycle's Panelists field gives access to this tab; it does not assign applications or decide which cycles a panelist reviews. Editors see the minimum, maximum, and average scores for each application. Panelists see My Assigned, My Reviewed, and My Score columns for their own assignment, reviewed flag, and score.
Below the table are buttons for downloading a CSV of the applications for viewing in Excel and to 'Download All Applications.' 'Download All Applications' gives you pdf exports of all applications in the cycle. See CSV and PDF Exports.
The fields shown on this page are the same ones as the All Applications per Cycle page, with additional fields added to display scores and review statuses. Customizations to the All Applications display will apply here as well.
